Birthday Parties

PARTY OVERVIEW:

Want a fun and creative birthday party without the stress? Your guests will have fun painting their personalized ceramic pottery while you sit back and relax!

EACH PARTY PACKAGE INCLUDES:

  • Birthday invitations (available online or at studio for pickup)
  • Thank you cards with a comeback coupon for each guest
  • For the birthday child (if 12 or under) VIP Pass (Very Important Painter!)–a $50 value:  free studio fees for a full year and 10% off bisque
  • Two hours to paint, eat cake and open gifts
  • Setup & cleanup by our party staff
  • Dedicated staff member to assist with serving food  (feel free to bring in cake, food and decorations to customize your party)
  • 8-14 painters will party in our private party room–if you have 15-24 guests we will seat you in the front of the studio
  • For larger parties, contact us about a closed-studio party or a party at your location
  • After the party we will  fire the (pottery) pieces in our kiln
  • Pottery pieces will be individually wrapped for pickup in 10 days
  • Please arrange for picking up all items at once and payment under one transaction.

  • Child’s choice of one of our “Sprinkle Collection” pieces, our special assortment of themed boxes, banks and coloring-book plates

  • Our special commemorative “Gabby’s Happy Birthday” Plate for the birthday child

Party Friends – $100 party fee plus $19.50/painter includes:

  • Child’s choice of one of our Party Friends, our special assortment of party-sized figurines
  • Our special commemorative handprint birthday plate for the birthday child

 

Set the Table – $100 party fee plus $18/painter includes:

  • Child’s choice of a small mug, bowl or salad plate–pieces are food safe after firing!
  • Our special commemorative handprint birthday plate for the birthday child

 

Artists’ Pick – $100 party fee plus cost of pieces chosen ($18 minimum each)

  • Choice of one pottery piece (minimum $18.00 price) selected by the guest from our shelves, or from an assortment of pieces pre-selected by you (if you have specific pieces you would like to offer, please order at least 2 weeks in advance)
  • Our special commemorative handprint birthday plate for the birthday child

 

Canvas Party – $150 party fee plus $18/ child (12 & under–12×12″ canvas) OR $25/adult (16×20″ canvas)

PARTY AT YOUR PLACE!  We can bring all of the fun and all of the perks of a Color Me Mine party to you for just $100 additional!  (Locations within 20 miles)  For a staffed party at your location, select “Party at Your Place” above

 

TERMS & CONDITIONS:

  • $100.00 nonrefundable DEPOSIT is required at time of booking and will be applied to your total bill
  • Parties cancelled at least 24 hours in advance will receive store credit for deposit
  • Parties will be charged California sales tax and a minimum 15% gratuity–you are welcome to add an additional gratuity for exceptional service!
  • Minimum of 8 painters required for a party (6 for canvas party)
  • Party pieces must be picked up and distributed by the party host
  • PLEASE NOTE:  ONLY 2 NON-PAINTING ADULTS IN THE PARTY ROOM PLEASE!  NON-PAINTING ADULTS MUST BE SEATED!  IF PAINTERS ARE WAITING FOR STUDIO SEATS THE NON-PAINTING ADULTS MUST WAIT OUTSIDE!
  • By completing this payment, you acknowledge that Color Me Mine is not responsible for any accidents or injuries that may occur in the studio.
